About me

I am currently pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Applied and Computational Mathematics at Dornsife and Computer Science at Viterbi, both from the University of Southern California . As an academically distinguished student in the Thematic Option Honors Program.

My academic journey is complemented by an active involvement in research and development, focusing on areas such as software development, XR development, AI safety, and machine learning applications. I also dedicate my time to community service, serving as a volunteer teacher and founding a service club that has reached over 1100 students. I am eager to explore more state-of-the-art technologies and contribute my expertise toward making meaningful improvements in the world.

      • Optimized the firmware for Huawei's TWS earbuds at the development stage, significantly reducing unintended Bluetooth disconnections and audio lagging.
      • Conducted comprehensive testing and analysis of system logbooks for the Bluetooth Host, identifying and resolving 90% of critical issues related to disconnection and audio lag.
      • Developed and translated AT commands for the maintenance team, assisting them with the initial screening of issues reported by customers.

  1. The Robotic Embedded Systems Laboratory

    Undergraduate Research Assistance
      • Spearheaded a project to enhance the Stretch3 mobile manipulator for cleanroom automation using the ROS 2 framework and Python.
      • Designed and implemented control routines that enable the robot to autonomously transfer objects from Point A to Point B, laying the groundwork for future process automation in manufacturing settings.

      • Led independent research to enhance transfer learning models for classifying lung conditions from chest X-rays, achieving 95% classification accuracy.
      • Co-first author of the research paper "Comparing Pre-trained Models Through Classifying Lung Conditions Using Chest X-ray", which was presented at the CAIH 2022. https://doi.org/10.1117/12.2660292
      • The paper was included in the WHO COVID-19 Research Database.

      • Led technology initiatives as Vice President for USC's first XR student organization, driving innovation in XR projects.
      • Hosted biweekly workshops on XR technology, its implications, and its development, focusing on essential tools such as Unity to empower members and foster technical growth in XR development.
      • Developed a novel interactive keyboard for VisionOS, enhancing user interactivity in virtual environments.
